    1. For the blondies, preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch square cake pan.

    2. In the microwave or a double boiler, melt butter and ⅓ cup white chocolate chips. Set aside.

    3. In a food processor, combine eggs and brown sugar and blend on high speed for 4 minutes. Add flour and mix gently.

    4. Using a spatula, fold the melted chocolate mixture into the egg and brown sugar mixture.

    5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and sprinkle the remaining 2 tbsp. chocolate chips on top. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.

    6. For the blueberry sauce: In a skillet, combine sugar and ½ cup water and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Add blueberries and cook for 3 minutes.

    7. Gently crush blueberries with the back of a spoon. Cook for another 1 to 2 minutes, then remove from heat. Using a whisk, blend butter into the sauce.

    8. Unmold the blondie onto a plate. Spoon blueberry sauce on top and garnish with lemon zest. Serve with whipping cream or ice cream.
