Spring is upon us, dear readers. And I’ve got the perfect cocktail to synergize with the season: it’s a more floral take on the classic Cosmopolitan, courtesy of Rampoldi, a Mediterranean restaurant with locations in Monte Carlo and New York. Less cranberry-forward than the standard Cosmo, this version has a cleaner taste, and looks darling with an edible flower plopped atop. -NPH

- .75 oz. St-Germain
- .75 oz. lime juice
- 1.5 oz. white cranberry juice
