I hope you enjoyed our many mocktail recipes throughout Dry January. But seeing as it’s now February, it feels appropriate to break out the bottles again. Today, we’ve got a Valentine’s-ready concoction called The Ritz, courtesy of Marshall Minaya, beverage director at Madame George, a Manhattan cocktail lounge. “It’s a Sidecar meets a French 75, with the grapes being the star of the show. The ingredients just work in harmony with one another to create an incredibly refreshing and bubbly cocktail.” Cheers, Marshall. -NPH
